At EVM, the mediators are outside of the box thinkers when it comes to creative negotiations. Here is what you can expect when working with EVM:

• We specialize in high conflict cases (does the other party allow you to be heard?)
• Offers a variety of ideas to contribute to your negotiations
• Has a lot of personal experience in working with the courts
• Can help the parties' with their communication and brings clarity in your negotiations
• Keeps the focus on the parties future rather than their past
• Accepts the parties as they are and refuses to judge or control the parties
• Every party will have the opportunity to be heard and for your ideas to be considered during negotiations

How Long Does Mediation Take?

In mediation, each session is about 3 hours each.  Utilizing mediation to solve your disputes with all the parties, will allow everyone to move towards the final stages of their negotiations.   We settle over 90% of our cases.  Your case matters.  You are not a number.
